Take advantage of the peaceful garden for breakfast. It's a lovely spot to relax after a long day.

Wonderful hotel, I greatly enjoyed its pleasant and great location.
The breakfast was savoury and tasty with excellent espresso and organic options, as for instance, and had all you need. The private parking was on-site, great service.

The breakfast was savoury and great with excellent espresso, and all the food was good. The venue was in a central location close to city center, and the garden during the evening. Nomentano district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was very good, maybe the best thing of the hotel.
My experience was marred by various disappointments. The room was old and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was difficult to adjust the temperature, leaving me feeling hot and restless at night.

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast buffet.... The hotel is near to Metro Station (10 minutes walk) and a bus station 50 metres away (we didn't use it). The gazepo outside is beatifull. The room very clean as it suppose to be...
The staff was a little cold at start, but after some talking they start to talk in english and could communicate.... Big problem in Italy is that they dont talk so much english.....you have to know some basic words (left-right-and some numbers).....otherwise you can learn it in 1 day....At night you have to close the bathroom door because you can hear the pipes if someone wakes up early in the morning to have a shower.....Thin walls......

Spacious clean rooms and well equipped bathroom. Friendly staff and quiet hotel. Good connection to city centre with buses.
Breakfast was little below normal standard.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)
The location is excellent! With a good garden that provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Friendly staff made a real difference, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service.
Unfortunately, the decor felt dated and the bathrooms require improvements. Noise from the street was bothersome during the night, affecting sleep quality.

Very rude staff, told me that if they see an extra person, a man coming to my Single room, will call the police!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Added extra service to my bill, service- which I never recieved. asked me to leave my passport with them for a night!!!! Location- far away from the centre!

Very nice, well-decorated hotel with good helpful personal. Wi-fi
Little bit far from the center (45 min walk) or possible to take a taxi (about 7-12 euro from the center)

Staying there was a surprisingly nice getaway, especially thanks to the peaceful garden-perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The extensive breakfast spread had a couple of delectable surprises too. One day, they served eggs that were a real hit among my crew.
Now, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. My room faced the street, a bit noisy at times, though it wasn't a dealbreaker for sleep. I found the lack of a microwave in the room annoyingly inconvenient, especially for late-night snacks. The bathrooms could use improvements as well. Mine felt cramped and not the cleanest. Plus, navigating to the hotel wasn't exactly a walk in the park-it could be a little tricky at times, depending on the surrounding street layout.

Everything was excellent. It's the best hotel for families due very convenient district to walk with children and two wonderful parks next to hotel: villa torlonia and villla Paganini. You can easily reach centre via bus 84 or 62. But Fenix isn't the central hotel.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved my spacious and beautifully decorated Junior Suite! Each morning's breakfast was a good spread, and nothing beats enjoying it with a cup of rich coffee in the peaceful garden. Plus, getting downtown in just 15-20 minutes was a total win-easy peasy!
do recommend ❤️😊

One of the reception staff (Simona) was most welcoming and helpful at all times
Apart from the above mentioned, the rest of the staff seemed to be in need of some public relations skills - eg. Eye contact with guests, smiling, not holding private conversations instead of dealing with guests etc. We were very disappointed in the hotel since we stayed at the Fenix Hotel in Prague last year, and we found it to be super., There was absolutely no comparison between the quality of these 2 hotels. The Fenix in Prague was first class in every way, so we expected better.
